John David Forsythe Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Norval Forsythe and Eleanor Forsythe (Legg) of Sumner, Illinois.; and his siblings, Mike Forsythe and Jennifer Forsythe. He is survived by: his close friend Penny Hayes; his sons, John Forsythe of Florida and Miles Lytis of Iowa; and his sisters, Diane Moore of Smackover and Susan Weatherly of Florida. He is also survived by three grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
