It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Kay Ulrich of Sumner, Illinois, born in Vincennes, Indiana, who passed away on August 19, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion X. Piper and Nettie Bell Piper (Williams); her husband Charles Ivan Ulrich; her siblings, Jack C. Piper, Jerry Mack Piper and Marion Jean Engledow; and her grandchildren, Melissa Ann Fiscus, Sierra Brooke Purcell and Hayden Wyatt Webster.
She is survived by: her children, Bradley C. Ulrich (Joni) of Sumner, Terry A. Ulrich of Sumner, Illinois and Julie Morris (Bill) of Sumner, Illinois; her grandchildren, Jessica Wellbrook (Tom), Billy Edmonds (Tiffany), Derek Morris, Lori Lockhart (Trevor) and Andrew Ulrich; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Emma Edmonds, Marabelle and River Lockhart; and her sisters-in-law, Blanche Piper of Sumner and Millie Ulrich of Newburgh, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given to the Beulah United Methodist Church.
