He is survived by: his wife Joyce Cook; his children, Scott Weiss (Delores) of Sumner, Illinois, Mark Weiss (Kassie) of Sumner, Illinois and Lisa Curts (Joe) of Sumner, Illinois; his grandchildren, Macee Weiss, Kaeli Bell (Jacob), Kierstin Weiss, Kazia Frederick, Briley Frederick and Sydney Curts; and his great grandchildren, Brenden Mattingly, Lilly Bell and Ellie Bell.
