She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis McCool and Inez 'Cloe McCool; her husband William 'Bill L. Scaggs; and her sons, Garry Lee Scaggs and James 'Jim Scaggs.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Peggy Cole (Charles) of Sparta, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Miranda Ash, Jared Scaggs, Brenna Crews (Robert) and Tyler Scaggs (Evelyn); and her great grandchildren, Olivia Crews, Ryan Crews, Chloe Crews, Maddex Crews, Emilia Scaggs and Sophie.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Kidney Association.
