He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Levi and Blanche Moore (Roseberry); his son Timothy Moore; his brother Jerry Lee Moore; and his granddaughter Amanda Simons.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Waller; his children, Tommy Moore II of Sumner, Tamara Nelson (David) of Indianapolis and Billi Toner (Rick) of Chattanooga, Tennessee; his sister Alice Plunkett of Yale, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Brian Boushey, Kristen Pyland (Bobby), Brett Parish (Hope), Alex Moore and Jacob Moore.
