He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard D. Heath Sr. and Mary Ruth Stevenson Heath; his siblings, Russell, John, Susan Heath and Martha Curtis; and his stepson David Goodwin.
He is survived by: his wife Glenna; his stepson Allen Martin of Olney, Illinois; and his siblings, Richard D. Heath Jr (Carol) of Sumner, Roger Tom Heath of Olney, Elizah "Jim" Heath (Julie) of Olney, Illinois, Josephine Lynch (Willie) of Olney, Edith Johnson (Darrell) of Lawrenceville and Mary Helm of Flora, Illinois. He is also survived by five step-grandchildren; two step-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
