Eubank, Jr.; her sons, Arthur Andrew Eubank, III (Lisa) of Chicago, Samuel David Eubank (Katie) of Seattle and Matthew Brookhart Eubank (Angie) of Evanston; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Ann Eubank of Evanston, Elias Brookhart Eubank of Evanston, Grace Carol Eubank of Seattle and Henry Arthur Eubank of Seattle.
