He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carmela Macias Montes; his children, Gilberto Montes (Rocio), Jacqueline Diaz (Enrique), Ramon Montes Jr., Mario Montes and Alejandro Montes; and his grandchildren, Julia, Ariana, Enrique Jr., Alonzo, Jennifer, Alondra, Julian, Crystal and Carmen.
