He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Hogue and Catherine Sharp Hogue; and his wife Teresa Coon. He is survived by: his children, Shelton Hogue (Robin) and Tina Thoele (Andy) of Teutopolis; and his grandchildren, Addison Thoele and Benjamin Thoele.
