He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Lowell and Sondra Stonecipher Daily; his uncles, Bill Stonecipher and Charles Stonecipher; and his stepgrandson Michael Perryman.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Perryman of Sullivan; his siblings, John T. Daily, Pamela Bone (Mike) of Sullivan, Paula Perkins (Jim) of Sullivan and Jane Ann Seaman of Arcola; his stepchildren, David Perryman and Gayle Perryman Hofreiter; and his cousin Mike Daily (Dee Ann) of Sullivan.
