We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2023, at the age of 71, Thomas Risley of Sullivan, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Edward and Mary Thompson Risley. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Shaw of Sullivan; his sons, Justin Risley (Sally) and Shannon Risley (Jessica) of Sullivan; his brother Jerry Risley (JoBeth) of Freeport; and his grandchildren, Ashlynd Risley, Emerson Risley and Levi Risley.

Memorials are suggested to the Monticello Railroad Museum or to a charity of the donor's choice.
