He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Douglas and Laveeta Mae Moody (David). He is survived by: his wife Gayle A. Kruse of Sullivan; his children, Damon Moody of Sullivan, Jason Moody (Joni) of Sullivan, Christine Grohler (Kurk) of Sullivan, Tonya Bales (Scott) of Sullivan, Lori Moody of New Mexico and Shannon Rose (Jeff) of Troy; his grandchildren, Justin Grohler, Brock Bales, Nicola Grohler, Lily Bales, Marek Rose, Hayden Moody, Declan Rose, Julia Moody, Callum Rose, Matthew Moody and Ronan Rose; and his sisters, Connie Ori (Deno) of East Peoria and Bonnie Ridenoure.
