Woodworth of Kirksville; his son Micky Reynolds (Lisa) of Sweetwater, TN; his grandchildren, Savanna Eckel (Josh) of Sweetwater, TN, Ross Reynolds (Hali) of Niota, TN and Mykala Reynolds of Lenoir City, TN; and his sister Shirley Frederick (Jake) of Mattoon. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
