She was predeceased by: her father Patrick Horkheimer. She is survived by: her mother Beverly Horkheimer (McKittrick) of Rockford; her husband Jeffery Park of Sullivan; her son Jeffery Park (Jennifer) of Sullivan; and her siblings, Shawn Horkheimer of Sullivan, Wanda Horkheimer of Rockford and Paulette Gatchel of Rockford. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
