He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd McWilliams and Thelma McWilliams (Wright); and his sister Donna Strong. He is survived by: his wife Janet McWilliams of Sullivan; his niece Laura Wittig (Brett) of Oakwood; and his brother-in-law Benny L. Siler of Sullivan.
