It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Belle Fulton (Sullivan, Illinois), born in Arcola, Illinois, who passed away on April 22, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fulton and Mary Elizabeth Pruett Fulton; her husband Alex; her son Kevin; and her son-in-law Terry Kelley.
She is survived by: her spouse Richard Smith; her daughters, Denise Stearns (Bryan) of Marion, IL, Jill Kelley of Jewett, IL, Terri Reed (David) of Sullivan and Carolyn Smith of Arcola; her grandchildren, Tonya Oakley (Shane), Stephanie Chapman, Mary Halliday (Rob) of London, England Reed, Cindi Reed of Sullivan, Justin Smith (Kristina) of Arcola, Jordan Smith of Arcola and Allison Smith of Arcola; and her stepgrandchildren, Darrell Wilson, David Wilson, Lucas Stearns and Evan Mitchell. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
