He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Ellsworth Lehman and Nellie Ruth Lehman (Malloy); his brother Timothy; his parents-in-law, Steve, Judy Struc and Phil Haskell; and his siblings-in-law, Alissa, Michael and Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Haskell of Sullivan; his children, Stephanie Clevenger (Chad) of Sullivan, Ashley Lindsey (Blake) of Land, Rachel Walton (Jacob) of Sullivan, Adam Lehman (Natalie) of Mattoon and Jessica Tipton (Andrew) of Sullivan; his siblings, Kathy J. Booker (Jim) of Sullivan, Trudy G. Andsager (Steve) of Naperville, Chriss M. Garde of Jacksonville, Todd W. Lehman (Cheryl) of Champaign and James R. Lehman (Erica) of Sullivan; his grandchildren, Luke Clevenger, Hunter Walton, Myla Lindsey, Emma Clevenger, Henry Tipton, Scarlett Lindsey, Briggs Walton, Bostyn Tipton, Alden Lehman and Greer Lehman; his siblings-in-law, Karen Peck of Cartersville, Georgia and David Haskell of Lakeland, Florida; his uncle Jack Malloy; and his caregiver Jen Starr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the family to establish an IGA Scholarship Fund in Kyle's memory.
