He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Brush (William) of Ft Myers, FL and William Brush; his sister Krista Scott (Bradley) of Clinton, IA; his niece Brittany Engelhardt of Deatsville, AL; and his stepbrother Clayton Brush (Heidi) of Sullivan, IL..
