Though Karen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Borders and Lillie Simpson Borders; and her husband Philip W. Sampson. She is survived by: her sons, Joe Windell (Rhonda) of Ford City and Derik Eaton (Michelle) of Sullivan; her grandsons, Brandon Windell (Jess) of Macon and David Eaton of Sullivan; and her great grandchild Lily Windell.
Memorials are suggested to Transisitions Hospice or the Sullivan High School Cross Country Program.
