He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ella Myatt (Hooley) and Harry William Myatt; and his wife Nancy Lee Daley. He is survived by: his children, Michael Myatt (Jeanne) of South Lyon, MI, Michelle McClain (Rod) of Findlay, IL and Maureen Specht (Ray) of Hooppole, IL.; his sister Rosemary Guthrie (Vernon) of Bartonville, IL.; his nieces, Ann and Melissa; his nephew Brad; his grandchildren, Mathew Myatt (Vanya), Emily Myatt (Travis Goddard), Ryan McClain (Annie), Amanda McClain (Curt Ramsey), Jonathan Specht and Kristopher Specht (Julie); and his great grandchildren, Vaida, Gregory, Ethan, Jaxsyn, Brynleigh, Kayden, Kamden, Raylinn and Xaidyn.

The family requests that any memorial tributes be made in the form of charitable donations to the Peoria Park District in support of youth golf programs. Donations may be made at: donations.peoriaparks.org/donations/ or by mail to 1125 West Lake Avenue, Peoria, IL 61614.
