Jodi Phelps Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jodi Phelps of Sullivan, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 26, 2025 at the age of 55. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jodi Phelps to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her mother Paula Holmes Loy; and her son Ruger. She is survived by: her father Ray Loy of Sullivan; her husband Travis Phelps of Sullivan; her children, Cheyenne Ellis (Brett) of Bethany, Beretta Black (Sam) of Sullivan and Winchester Phelps (Makyla) of Florida; her sister Hope Shaffer of Sullivan; and her grandchildren, Abel Ellis, Slade Ellis, Octavia Ellis, Jayla Black, Kinsley Black and Zane Black.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Reed Funeral Home (1112 S Hamilton St, Sullivan, IL 61951). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
