He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Yokley and Cellie Marie Yokley (Isenburg); his grandson Austin; and his brothers, Pete, Patrick and Michael.

He is survived by: his wife Angie; his children, Jerry "JJ" Yokley (Janine) of Sullivan, Rachel Yokley of Sullivan and Jenn Ray (Matt) of Sullivan; and his brothers, Max Yokley (Christi) of Brownstown and David Yokley (Carol) of Deland. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.

Memorials may be made in care of the family for funeral expenses.
