He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerald Leon and Evelyn Jean Lane (Burns) of Sullivan; his wife Jocelyn Lane of Sullivan; his children, Christopher Lane (Wendy) of Mattoon, Jason Lane of Mattoon, Jessica Smith of Freeburg, Abbey Johnson (Ryan) of Carmi and Stephanie Martin (Nathan) of Crossville; his stepson Jason Evans of South Carolina; his brothers, Greg Lane (Jennette) of Lakeland, FL, Doug Lane (Theresa) of Sullivan, Jeff Lane (Karen) of Sullivan and Scott Lane (Selena) of Sullivan; his nephew Blake E. Lane; and his close friend Gary Kirkwood. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
