It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Ruth Bloemer of Sullivan, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on June 21, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William D. Lilly and Ruth Lilly (Cox); her husband Bernard A. Bloemer; her sister Delores; and her brothers-in-law, Jim Bloemer and Lynn Harrelson.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Carol Bloemer of Effingham, Anna Marie Harrelson of Brighton, Larry Bloemer (Donna) of Troy, Ralph Bloemer (Marie) of Pana and Jerry Bloemer (Cathy) of Effingham; and her close friends, John, Debbie Behl of Charleston, Gary and Marlene Wirth of Sullivan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
