Janet Harvey Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2025, at the age of 85, Janet Harvey of Sullivan, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janet Harvey to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Meers and Hazel Watrous Meers; and her husband Gary Lee Harvey, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Gary Lee Harvey, Jr. (Jennifer) of Sullivan and Erin Hamann (Ron) of Grant Park, Illinois; her siblings, Carol Welker, Debra Blinn (Brock) of Indianapolis, Indiana and Rick Meers of Florida; her grandchildren, Kyle Harvey (Delanie), Kaci Hall (Brandon), Cameron Harvey (Elizabeth), Alexander Harvey, Mitch Weakley (Nikki Jones), Andy Hamann (Nicole) and Krysta Farina (Mark); and her great grandchildren, Violet, Jace, Tate, Sutton, Wren and Harper.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reed Funeral Home (1112 S Hamilton St, Sullivan, IL 61951). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sullivan Faith Lutheran Church (1185 IL-32, Sullivan, IL 61951).
