He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Wesley and Janice Faye Bulla (Scott). He is survived by: his wife Alice Lee Thompson; and his siblings, Angela Rich (Frank) of Findlay, Patricia Bulla of Findlay, Sue Hecker (Jeff) of Edinburg, IL and Jerrold "Jerry" Bulla (Sharon) of McMinnville, TN..
