He was predeceased by: his parents, Justus H. Parsley and Fay Parsley (Mings); and his wife Bertha Bernice Fleener. He is survived by: his children, James A. Parsley of Hammond, Jerry C. Parsley (Sandy Gillespey) of Dalton City, Becky Parsley of Ypsilanti, MI and Kathy Conn (Charles) of Arcola; and his siblings, Joseph Parsley (Rita) of Town Creek, AL, Timothy Parsley (Marilyn) of Mattoon, Pat White (Doug) of Lafayette, TN, Pamela Bean (Butch) and Vickie Cherry (Dale) of Lafayette, TN.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
