It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Douglas Perkins of Sullivan, Illinois, born in Clinton, Illinois, who passed away on June 25, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perkins and Lena Perkins (Hoge); and his son Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Paula S. Daily of Sullivan; his daughter Tobi Veri (Tom) of Buford, GA; his grandchildren, Tyler Perkins, Warren Egan, Selah Veri and Rocco Veri; and his siblings, John Perkins (Carol) of Springfield, Mike Perkins (Cid) of Clinton, Jeff Perkins (Pam) of Flanagan, Marcia Owens (Howard) of Sullivan and Connie Dobbs (Cliff) of Sullivan.
