He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Linda Parrish (Lindsey), Amy Galligan (Jim) and Keith Harshman (Cindy) of Sullivan; and his brother Ron Harshman of Sullivan. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
