She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Arini and Antoinette Arini (Arnone); her son Brian P. Elder; and her brother Nick Arini. She is survived by: her husband Robert V. Elder of Sullivan, IL; her children, Mark A. Elder (Siwei Li) of Yokohama, Japan, Carol R. Elder (Andrea Parri) of Sullivan and Sara A. Dickens (Phil) of Sullivan; her grandchildren, Paul, Darren Elder, Simon, Miriam Parri, Brittin Madden (Orry) and Kailyn Boyer (Addison Ess); her great grandchild Marley Madden; and her sister Amelia Alden of Schaumburg, IL..
