He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy Glick of Sullivan and Jackie Guin of Sullivan; his nephew Bret Guin (Cindy) of Sullivan; his niece Kristin Hargrove (Terry) of Sullivan; and his friends, Glen, Jane Bolin, Alan, Ruth Bolin, Bill, Shirley Lindley, Duane and Kim Voegel.
