He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Steward and Murlen Brown Steward. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Fleener of Sullivan; his children, Cindy Buxton (Kent) of Sullivan and Rick Steward (Cindy) of Champaign; his grandchildren, Venessa Marshall (Mike) of Sullivan, Jakeb Knox (Vanessa) of Ft. Myers, Melissa Polk (Mark) of Denver and Katie Steward of Mattoon; and his brother Donald Steward of Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
