With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Barbara Brewer of Sullivan, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Barbara left this world on February 25, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Rogers and Helen Rogers (Biehl); and her brothers, James Rogers and Charles Rogers (late Jean). She is survived by: her children, Nancy Lamkin (late Phil), Dennis Brewer (Vickey) and Mike Brewer (Angel); her grandchildren, Amanda Stark, Katie Lamkin, Timothy Lamkin (Stacy), Douglas Brewer (Brittany), Rebecca Brewer, Stephanie Brewer, Elayna Williams (Eric), Olivia Brewer and Madison Thorstenson (Trevor); and her great grandchildren, Ian Purkes (Maggie), Lila Ward, Cara Ward, Callie Lamkin, Scott Lamkin, Alston Brewer, Caroline Brewer and Margaret Brewer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home - Decatur (2827 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL 62526). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
