She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Skowbo and Olive Skowbo. She is survived by: her husband Peter Parenty; her daughter Debra Pavlak (Michael); her daughter-in-law Michele Strom; and her grandchildren, Ashley Dombroski (Joshua), Kevin Strom, Charles Pavlak, Katherine Pavlak, Brian Pavlak and Danielle Pavlak.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Joliet Area Community Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
