He was predeceased by: his parents, John James Anthony and Coleta Margret; his wife Carolyn Anthony; and his siblings, Robert, Joseph, Clarence, John, Clayton, Colette, Mary Ann, Joan and Jean.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Anthony of Yorkville, IL and Alfred Anthony (Jean) of Scottsdale, AZ; and his grandchildren, Brianna O'Doherty, Megan O'Doherty, Alfred, Anthony Jr. and Joshua Anthony. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
