He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Janicki and Helen Janicki; his sister Harriet Zelazko; and his brother-in-law Dennis Majerczak. He is survived by: his sister Cathy Majerczak of Elburn, IL; his brother-in-law Roman Zelazko; his nieces and nephews, Kristin Zelazko, Alicja Zelazko, Rachel Stockman (Matthew), Aaron Majerczak (Katie), David Majerczak, Adam Majerczak and Bob Zelazko; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Declan, Corinne and Owen Majerczak; and his friend Rita Troogstad (Ed).
