He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille De Salvo of Chicago and Daniel De Salvo. He is survived by: his wife Prudy Jeffrey; his daughters, Kimberly Kocmoud of Sugar Grove and Laurie Pilkington (Jon) of Sugar Grove; his grandchildren, Sabrina (Jeremy), Samantha (Ben), Gina, Angelina and Jonathan; his great grandchildren, Peter and Henry; and his brother Daniel De Salvo (Diane).
