With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick Anthony De Salvo of Sugar Grove, Illinois, who passed away on July 13, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille De Salvo of Chicago and Daniel De Salvo. He is survived by: his wife Prudy Jeffrey; his daughters, Kimberly Kocmoud of Sugar Grove and Laurie Pilkington (Jon) of Sugar Grove; his grandchildren, Sabrina (Jeremy), Samantha (Ben), Gina, Angelina and Jonathan; his great grandchildren, Peter and Henry; and his brother Daniel De Salvo (Diane).
