He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher Moffatt and Eva Moffatt; and his brother Steven Moffatt. He is survived by: his wife Danette Moffatt; his children, Anthony Gargano (Tiffany), Brandon Moffatt, Michael Moffatt (Gianna DeLise) and Frankie Mattio (Candice); his parent-in-law Lu Antonovich; his grandson Leo; his sisters, Barb Aquino (late Patrick), Carol Sewell (Ricky), Christine Pacelli and Kathy Moffatt; his sister-in-law Denise Antonovich (Steve Graham); and his nieces and nephews, Anthony, Jason, Tiffany, Danielle, Gionna, Michael and Dominic.
