He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Fatout (Hester); his children, Nick and Jamie Gaddis (Lewis); his grandson Lewis Gaddis II; his mother Barb Fatout; and his sister Karen Kimmey. He is also survived by many nieces and one great niece.
