He is survived by: his parents, John Perillo and Cathy Perillo; his sister Jessica Lustig; his brother-in-law Justin Lustig; his nephew Jackson Lustig; his grandfather Louis Perillo; his aunt Diane Perillo; his cousins, Anthony, Michael and John Perillo; his uncle Michael Perillo; his aunt Christine Perillo; his cousins, Celeste Fatigato, Christopher Perillo and Patrick Perillo; his uncle Louis Perillo (Skip); his aunt Eve Perillo; his cousins, Diana and Jennifer Perillo; his grandmother Rosina Infusino; his uncle Joseph Infusino; his cousins, Jacob, Jordan and Jonathan Infusino; his uncle Robert Infusino; and his cousins, Maria Scianna, Dina Costello and Robert J. Infusino. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
