He was predeceased by: his father Leon Peavy Sr.; and his parents-in-law, Maureen Stalka and Leonard Stalka. He is survived by: his wife Janis; his daughters, Skye Eichelberger (Jordan) and Haven Peavy (TJ Carstenson); his grandchildren, Kale, Kyla, Kora, Wyatt, Eden, Willow and Jade; his mother Grace Campanella (Bill); his sister Darlene Schewe (Dave); his sister-in-law Bev Fisher (Byron); his nieces, Wendy Watson (Tim), Michelle Ison (Steven), Brooke Fisher and Nikki Paterna (Michael); and his pet Sugar. He is also survived by nine great nephews; one great niece.
