He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert LaVoy and Virginia "Ginny" LaVoy (Baines); and his brother Jack R. LaVoy. He is survived by: his significant other Dotti Calebaugh; his children, Hank (Giovanna LaVoy), Mike (Tina LaVoy) and Jami; his close friend Terry; his child Ryan (Jami Williamson); and his grandchildren, Jori Pasley (Jay Pasley), Justin LaVoy, Aidan Williamson and Alayna Williamson.
