He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Griffin and Catherine Griffin; and his brother Jim. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Griffin (Stumm); his children, Michael, Nancy Navarro (Joe), Maureen Bennett (Dave), Eileen Ellison (Dave) and Jim Griffin (Amy); and his stepchildren, Jenny Knapp (Peter), Dave Stumm (Cindy), Brian Stumm (Kristin), Jim Stumm (Shannon) and Jack Stumm (Julie).
