He is survived by: his wife Susannah; his sons, John Anthony (Lisa) and Keith William (Sophie); his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Harper and William R. Moninger (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Jack, Karenna and Liam; his cousin Christopher (Jill); his niece Rebecca (Bryan); and his pet Mila. He is also survived by neighbors, friends.
