He is survived by: his parents, Ernest Bettisworth and Irene Bettisworth (Hanchar); his wife Alison Bettisworth (Kettle); his daughters, Emily Runions (Max), Brittany Gutierrez (Fernando) and Caitlin Bettisworth (Ashley Cohen); his grandchildren, Evalina Gutierrez, Aviel Gutierrez, Arieh Gutierrez and Addison Runions; his brother Charles Bettisworth; and his grandson Gabriel Gutierrez.
