He was predeceased by: his father Edward Madison; and his siblings, Donald Madison and Barbara Waldrup. He is survived by: his mother Mary R. Madison (Rogers); his son Danny Booth; his nephew Craig Waldrup; and his niece Stacy Waldrup. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
