It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Donald Stammer in Sugar Grove, Illinois, born in Denison, Iowa, who passed away on June 27, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sons-in-law, Randy Kramp, Mike Young, Rich Smith and Ron Smart. He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Flanigan Stammer; his children, Mary Smart, Janet Stammer, Donald Stammer (Debra), Julie Smith (Craig Schielke), Lori Hahn (Dennis), Ruth Kramp (Steve Moore) and Patrick Stammer (Yasmine); his grandchildren, April Viland (Josh), Tony Stammer (Jenny), John Smart, Samantha Young, Joe Hahn, Ellie van Hauwermeiren (Olivier), Patrick Stammer and David Hahn; and his great grandchildren, Reed Viland, Maci Stammer and Rhett Viland.
