She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas J. O'Donnell; her parents, Robert DeYoung and Jean DeYoung (Gustafson); her stepfather Earl Metcalf; and her siblings, Gerald DeYoung and Irma Friberg.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas (Linda) of Chicago, IL, Michael (Christina) of Escondido, CA, James (Brenda) of Elk Grove, CA, John (Stephanie) of Waynesville, NC and William (Tami) of St Charles, IL.; her grandchildren, Sarah, Kaitlyn, Matt, Greg, Tim, Tom, Brian, Jessica, Sean, Jake, Zach and Allison; her great grandchild Ryan; and her sisters-in-law, Margaret O'Donnell of Palos Heights, IL and Nancy O'Donnell of Chicago, IL..
