It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alyce Ann Konen (Sugar Grove, Illinois), born in Batavia, Illinois, who passed away on June 30, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gunnar and Ethel. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Konen (Renée), Thomas Konen (Debbie), Gary Konen (Barbara) and Paul Konen (Linda); her grandchildren, Erin Ellis (Ryan), Andrew Konen (Lisa), Matthew Konen (Melissa), Christopher Haages (Jodi), Jason Haages (Jessica), Jennifer Haages, Kayla Varvil (Adam), Joseph Konen, Amy Konen and Adam Konen; her great grandchildren, Carson, Joslin, James, Callie, Avery and Addison; and her siblings, Nancy Bowron (late Denis) and Nels Wiberg (Greta). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
